Thank you for providing the materials needed for my "Deserve a Treat" project. While we aim for intangible and intrinsic motivations for kids to perform and give their best, the extrinsic rewards and affirmation had their impact as they celebrate the affirmation
and rewards they garnered from doing their work on time and to their utmost ability.
They even took pictures of their achievement certificates and the little "goodies " that came with them and send them right away to their parents to brag about. The "deserve a treat" project had its impact.”
