  • STEAM Ahead!

    Funded Nov 1, 2017

Thank you once again for your generous donations. You have made a positive impact on student learning!

The students had a wonderful experience. The STEAM Wagon effectively incorporated Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math in a memorable experience, thanks to all of you!

It was interesting for the students to see how science can improve lives when learning is applied. For example, they explored how the typewriter has improved-by designing with a 3-D printer! In addition, the students learned about area and perimeter with a hands-on activity.

The mobile trip made a lasting impression on the students. Most importantly, the students saw how concepts learned in school apply to everyday lives by having the experience that you provided for them.

On behalf of my students, I thank you for your kindness and for helping them experience joy in learning.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Petitto

    Funded Oct 3, 2016

I can't thank you enough for your kind donation. It was so nice of you to help us during our inaugural year. These books will be enjoyed by many students, for many years to come.

My students love to read! What makes these books particularly special is that all of the books have a Math theme. By reading these books, students are realizing how Math connects to their everyday lives. The books not only reinforce reading, but math and science as well!

The students are really enjoying their reading period more because of your kindness. Thank you so very much!”
