I am sincerely grateful to all the donors who provided funds for my student's incentives. The incentives have had a great impact on my student's decision making skills and motivation. They provided a reason for them to make good choices and work harder in the classroom.

To begin with, students were given an options on what goals they would work on to receive their weekly or monthly incentives. Cookies, chips, and/or a Gatorade were weekly incentives, and big prizes were set as monthly prizes. Each student has had an opportunity to demonstrate achieving their goal with daily, weekly, and monthly grades/points and/or improvement from their previous test scores. It has been a big turn around in their attitude and behavior as well.

I know to some students these incentives may not seem like a big deal, however, for my students they are. Again, I'm extremely grateful to all the donors who made a difference in providing these gifts to my students. Thank you so much. You guys rock!!!”
