    Comes to literacy. They have manipulative skills which give them the tactile experience, and they can visually put together ideas and words using various modalities.

    My students love new materials. It's excites them to want to "play" with these new manipulatives and yet that excitement is helping them to learn and understand basic foundations.

  • Senses, Senses, Everywhere!

    I would like to personally thank you for supporting my students with supplies that daily regulate their senses. The swing provided gives my students a sense of

    Comfort where they can feel secure. The peanut ball is used for therapy and helps with their balance and coordination. The fidget bands that have been applied to my students chairs help them focus when they are sitting and gives them the opportunity to move without disturbing their peers. We are so grateful for all love and support. It's truly appreciated in more ways than you can imagine. Thank you!”

  • Stimulate Our Senses One Sense at a Time!

    My students and I are extremely grateful for your support. The day when all of our materials arrived, the children were ecstatic and overwhelmed by your generosity. They were eager to play with the new toys and explore the sensory tools provided by your donation.

    My students learn daily through their five senses. It was amazing to see how they made connections during my lesson plans and through their senses made connections to the material. I watched their faces light up and the "light bulb" go off when they realized it all made "SENSE".

    The classroom canopy had the students dancing under it or relaxing on the bean bag while twirling the canopy to help with the dysregulation of their senses. The emotions book with plush helped them to understand how they are feeling and it's ok to express those feelings appropriately.

    We deeply appreciate all of your generosity and look forward to exploring more of the materials as the weeks progress. Thank you Thank you Thank you!”
