Funded Dec 12, 2023Because of you, a hundred & fifty students at the alternative school, Innovation & Options of Brighton Colorado (27J school district) were enrichment in their pursuit of science & the thrill of discovery.
Your recent donation of eight hundred dollars afforded our future citizens general project supplies, microscopes/slide materials & a wet/dry shop vacuum; used not just for project based inquiry cleanup, but also as a "power source" for student turbine development in physics.
As a teacher of twenty-eight years in multiple states, I have seen much. I just want you to know that you are helping students that have been kicked out of districts, thrown away by their boundary school, unsuccessful in a traditional setting...some homeless, supporting themselves, families & raising children.
Please know & understand just how much you are appreciated.”
With gratitude,
Mr. Jestice
