Watercolor for Stress and Self-Expression!
Funded Nov 27, 2024I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the generous art donations you gave to our students. With the paint and watercolor supplies that we received, I am now able to hold weekly Watercolor Workshops for students to de-stress and get some positive art time into their week. Because of your generosity, I can now extend this weekly offering throughout the entire school year!!
The young artists were very happy and surprised to see the new supplies and they are extremely appreciative. There has been a positive response from students who attend the workshops and they are excited to return to have this creative outlet at our school where the focus is often on academics and performance.
Thank you for supporting our students' creativity and mental health through the art of watercolor, something that we can introduce to our young people now and which could become a lifelong habit and source of joy.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Martini

Funded May 28, 2024My Brooklyn Tech eRaticators and I want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity and support. My students were overwhelmed and amazed when they saw all the supplies that you provided and we know that it will make it much more possible to reach our goal of educating our school and local community about the rat problem in our city and how we can make an impact.
The supplies you donated will directly impact our student body. The kids are enthusiastic about making eye-catching posters to advertise why it is important to separate trash to not only reduce the rat population by keeping things clean, but also to help our environment by properly recycling and composting. Our students are also now able to plan more community outreach events in local parks, providing "rat kits" and interactive educational experiences to New Yorkers.
Thank you so much for your investment in the future of our city and for allowing us to continue the work we have started. Without you, it would not be possible.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Martini
