Starting off Strong!
Funded Sep 7, 2024Thank you so much for donating the items for our project. We use the organizing bins every day. Our students grab worksheets and turn in assignments with these bins. This helps keep our room and students organized as we go through the year.
The dual adaptors have been life-savers when students iPads need to charge but they have work to do on them. Students will take an adapter and go to our charging area to complete their assignments.
The new and improved pencil sharpener is wonderful to have in the classroom. It lights up blue when the pencil is sharp and avoids having students waste time. We have a job in the classroom that sharpens pencils at the end of the day and they love doing their job because they get to use the new sharpener.
We truly appreciate the items donated to our class.”

The Classroom Is a Second Home for Students!
Funded May 11, 2024As it is the end of the year and testing season, we were unable to use our donated items. However, our students were so excited for next year's students who will be able to benefit from your donations! They shared with us what next year's students should keep in mind when using them to keep them in the best condition.
Here are a couple of their suggestions: 1. The sharpener should NOT be used when the teacher is talking and they should grab from the sharpened pencil drawer. 2. Students can use the seat cushions when they are sitting on the cold floor. 3. The calendar needs to have student birthdays on them so the class knows when to celebrate.
We are truly grateful for your donation. All of the students agreed that what was sent would benefit future students and make learning easier. I wish you were there to see their genuine gratitude.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Santos
