    Thank you fr your generous donations! The wipes have helped reduce germs and bacteria within the classroom. Students enjoy a clean environment and they enjoy cleaning their desks as well. The tissues were a MUCH NEEDED necessity. As we are leaving cold and flu season, we are entering allergy season. It was such an inconvenience for students to go to the bathroom to get a tissue. And lastly, the snacks have helped too. It's a great incentive and resource for students who did not get the opportunity to eat. We thank you again for making a difference in the classroom!”

  • ELA Necessities

    My students and I greatly appreciate the new resources we received. Because of the printer, I am able to print vocabulary cards based for our texts and display within the classroom. I can also print stories with comprehension questions for small groups as well as provide anchor charts for groups to assist with the lesson. As for the rug, students are able to read books on it and join closer to see the SmartBoard better. The rug is also used to group discussions- students sit in a circle and are able to converse about various literary topics.

    When my students came in and saw the printer, they were excited. They noted "now we don't have to wait forever to get copies". When they saw the rug, they jumped with joy. They really enjoy having that choice to either work on the rug or at their tables.

    Next steps will be to incorporate more writing practice by printing out graphic organizers and working more closely and comfortably with students on the rug.”
