  • Teachers Pay Teachers

    Funded Dec 31, 2024

Thank you so much for donating to my classroom project. I am extremely excited to gain access to more teachers pay teachers resources. I love using teacher made sources to expand upon the curriculum that the schools provide. They have so many wonderful resources from worksheets to PowerPoint slides and even fun craft projects. Thank you!!”

  • Reading With Dyslexia

    Funded Dec 31, 2024

Thank you for donating to my classroom project. I was very excited and hopeful that this one would get funded. Throughout the years of my schooling and all the professional developments I partake in, one reading phenomena was always mentioned. Having resources for my students who are dyslexic or even just any young struggling reader, is highly important to me. I want to be able to provide any student with the necessary tools to be successful. Thank you very much for donating!”

  • Fairy Tale Stories

    Funded Dec 19, 2024

Thank you so much for donating to my classroom project! I appreciate all the support for my students. They will love the new edition to our fairy tale section. We also have our fairy tale unit coming up so it will be nice to compare different variations of the same stories.”

  • Fairy Tales

    Funded Oct 3, 2024

Thank you so much for donating to my classroom this past year. My students were very excited to see the new editions of each book in the classroom library.

Every week I let students check out new books and everyone is always pushing and shoving to get to the fairy tale bin. It is a great feeling to see students actively trying to share the books they've loved by saying "I read this one last week you should get it!".

The kids have loved the "It's not" fairy tale books and the different versions of Little Red Riding Hood.

I'm so grateful this has sparked my students interests in fairy tale stories and I can't wait to use it during our unit.”

  • Book Series

    Funded Aug 15, 2024

Thank you so much for donating to my classroom project. I was very hopeful that I would get more books donated to my class this year. I've spent my entire summer collecting new books to expand my library with newer books.

Receiving books such as Bad Kitty, Dog Man, and Captain Underpants were extremely helpful and in a way vital to library time. My students have the privilege of picking books from the classroom library each week. Without fail, these books are always the first ones to go. My students constantly argue over who gets to read what Dog Man book. The girls are absolutely loving the Bad Kitty books especially the ones in color.

Thank you so much again for donating. My students and I appreciate it very much!”

  • Book Series

    Funded Jul 28, 2024

Thank you very much for donating to my classroom project. I'm always so grateful for people who are willing to donate to classrooms.

So far this year, my students have been enjoying reading time and getting to pick books. It feels as though they are constantly asking to sit around the room to read. I don't think they would want to do this if it wasn't for the extensive amounts of books I got this year from different donors.

My students have been fighting over who gets to read the dog man and cat kid comic books. I've even noticed a lot of students purchasing them through scholastic.

Thank you so much again for donating, my students are loving the books!!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. DeChiara

  • Mood Lighting

    Funded Apr 22, 2024

Thank you so much for donating to my classroom and for contributing to my students learning success. As a class we all love to sit with the lights off for most of the day. The fluorescent overhead lights can be overwhelming and hard on the eyes throughout the day; so it is nice to have the option of sitting in the warm lighting that a lamp can provide. We love using them during reading time and independent writing. I find my students are more engaged and relaxed when they are in use. It's also great for when they come back from recess and they have quiet time. Thank you so much!”

  • Cool Air for Everyone

    Funded Mar 17, 2024

Thank you again for donating to my classroom and to my students. We are all very excited about having an air conditioning unit in the classroom. Prior to having one, it was hard to teach during the long heats waves at the beginning of the school year. Just like with anyone, we become cranky when hot and my students were no different. With the new air conditioner I'm hopeful that my classroom will stay at a cool temperature throughout the day alongside with the use of regular fans. This week is excepted to be almost 80 and the kids have already asked for me to turn it on. I'm very and excited and so are they. Thank you so much!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. DeChiara

  • Classroom Supplies

    Funded Dec 13, 2023

Thank you again for donating to my classroom. Some of the items that were originally listed were unavailable once the order was placed.

I was very excited however for all the resources I had received. My students had been complaining of ripped folders, notebooks, no more glue, crayons, expo markers and so many more.

This was extremely helpful for me to then refill their classroom pencil boxes with the necessary supplies they use daily.

Thank you again for donating to my classroom! My students love everything we got!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. DeChiara
