Small Groups in 6th Grade Science!

Thank you so much for donating to make our small group table a reality! This table has given my classroom a designated space to work with students who need more support in a small group, a place for students to go work quietly when they are catching up on missed work, and a place for me to model our science experiments and activities for the class.

All five of my classes were pretty intrigued when our box arrived, and even more excited when they came in the next day to see the table built and ready to go! It has made pulling students for support easier, because I don't have to rearrange tables and move students anymore. This table has been especially helpful when we engage in writing projects. Students can come conference with me about their writing, and have a spot to sit and make necessary changes while I am there for support and guidance.
