  • We're Losing Our Marbles, Literally!

    Funded Dec 31, 2024

You are lifesavers. I absolutely love my school. There is a heart in the Raymond like no other place I’ve seen but having no walls and no storage can certainly tire a teacher out. With all there organizational supplies I cannot only clean our disaster of a classroom but also teach my students about the importance of keeping your own space clean and neat. I can’t wait to send pictures of all my stuff organized! What a wonderful surprise for the new year!”

    With gratitude,

    Mx. Harkins

  • Rizz 'Em With the 'Tism

    Funded Dec 31, 2024

Thank you so much for finding my projects. As a neurodivergent teacher I try to support all kinds of learning needs in my classroom. These tools will be incredible for my neurodivergent students! It is my belief that with the right tools and support any student no matter the road blocks they face can succeed in the classroom. So many students struggle to fit into the neurotypical framework of school and fail. It’s our job as teachers to support students through tearing down those road blocks to education so every student has the opportunity to succeed.”

  • Paper Rationing?

    Funded Dec 31, 2024

Thank you so much for supporting us. The Raymond school has so much heart. We give everything we can to our students but the cost adds up so quickly. I can’t wait to surprise the kindergarten team with this incredible gift. I was down to my last ream of paper before we left for winter break. Thank you so much for all you do supporting teachers and schools.”

  • Keep Your Things Off the Floor!

    Funded Apr 16, 2024

Thank you so much! I wish I had taken a picture of my disaster of a classroom before I organized everything with the chair pockets, pencil cases and zip pouches. The difference is incredible!!! We are not breaking headphones everyday by stepping on them. Students are not losing pencils, markers, crayons, erasers, and even computers everyday! Your kindness has truly meant the world to my students and myself. We are so grateful for people like you. My students come from such difficult backgrounds. When they come into my classroom, I wish to give them the world. Thank you for helping me give everything my students deserve...and me some peace of mind.”

  • Sensory Play Keeps the Disregulation Away!

    Funded Dec 4, 2023

Thank you so much for your generous donation! I wish I had filmed their reaction when my students saw the big boxes delivered to my classroom. It was like Christmas morning. They couldn't believe someone cared so much about them to give them a gift like that.

My students have been so excited to use the water table during ELA, free play time and I am working on adding it into a science lesson soon. I filled the table with magnetic letters for a week and the students went fishing for letters to check off their list. It has been a great reward system for free play time at the end of the day to motivate students to stay focused so they can be one of the 3 to play in it.

The seating area has been a game changer for silent reading and independent computer work time! The students beg me to open the area all the time and are so respectful of the area. They collapse the chairs and stack them on top of the table at the end of every day for the custodian to vacuum the rug underneath.”

    With gratitude,

    Mx. Harkins
