While We Play, We Hydrate!

The insulated water bottles delivered this week made their debut at Friday's tennis tournament. Students were delighted on Thursday to take their water bottles home to wash and prep for the next day's tournament. On game day they were looking forward to having ice that didn't melt and that their refill would continue to be cold!

As we continue to play this semester and next, students will realize how big an impact they are having on the environment by refilling their bottle and cutting down on plastic waste.

They quickly took to customizing their water bottles by adding stickers that resembled their personalities or that were just cool. This also helped prevent taking the wrong one home.

Students were surprised and overwhelmed that people, teachers, companies, like you, were willing to give. As the pictures show, students carry them throughout the day, bring them to practice and to tournaments where they are most needed.
