  • Djembe Drums for World Culture Class

    Thank you so much for your incredible generosity. My students have loved learning about and using these drums. We use these regularly in our World Cultures class, which is for students kindergarten through 5th grade. My students learn about rhythm and making their own rhythm and adding rhythm to songs they already know. These drums have given my students motivation to learn about drum parts and drum sounds and the history of drums. My students have been loving our drumming lessons. Thank you for making this happen and thank you for believing in my students.”

    Yay! Our project was funded! I am thrilled. Thank you so much for your incredible generosity. My students are benefiting so much from our new materials. Paints and paper, puzzles, games, books, magnetic cubes and the laminating machine--all of these supplies make our learning more engaging and more effective. I am so grateful that you have cared for my students in this way. I teach around 200 students every week in a World Cultures class and each one is special and unique.
