Jump Into Reading And Imagination At The Listening Center!
Funded Aug 8, 2024We have installed the headphones and are happily using the comfy couch in our listening center! I wanted to take a moment to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support of our classroom and the love of reading that you foster among our preschool students.
As we dive into this exciting learning journey, I am thrilled to share that our little learners are hard at work listening to stories and exploring the wonderful world of books. Each day, we witness the magic of literature transforming their curiosity into understanding, imagination, and creativity. It warms my heart to see them engaged with stories, whether they're exploring colorful picture books, participating in storytelling sessions, or even creating their own narratives during group activities.
Your support has been instrumental in ensuring that our classroom is filled with a rich variety of reading materials, that are age appropriate. Each time a student uses our listening center is it serves as a gateway for our students to explore new ideas, cultures, and adventures. Through reading, they develop essential skills, build confidence, and gain a lifelong love of learning that will stay with them for years to come.
Thank you once again for believing in the importance of reading and for your contributions that have helped create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students. Together, we are making a positive impact on their lives and laying the foundation for their future success.
With warm regards and deepest appreciation,”
With gratitude,

Funded Sep 2, 2023I want to express my gratitude for giving my students a wonderful sensory table and listening center. My students are having a blast exploring and learning together through play. We have had witches brew, rice, water, slime, etc., in our sensory table. Currently red and green rice with holiday seek and find items. This is a popular spot fir students! As far as our listening center goes, this has been a learning experience that did not work right away for students. We decided that in January we will bring out our wireless headphones for books on snow! Please know that our students are enjoying the items and are so grateful. They look forward to playing each day and you were a big part of this!”
With gratitude,
Ms. Becky
