Engaging in a Math Classroom!
Funded Aug 8, 2024Thank you so much for all of the supplies for my classroom this year. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your generous donation of school supplies for my classroom. Your thoughtfulness and support truly make a difference in the lives of my students. With all of the folders and pencils you supplied my students do not have to add more stress to their families lives about where their next meals will come from. With the Highlighters students are able to color code new notes and vocabulary in this new language they are learning. With the colored pencils students are able to create amazing graphs to represent real world data.
With your contributions, we're able to create a more engaging and productive learning environment. The students are excited to use the new materials, and I can already see their enthusiasm growing! My students this year are more engaged in class and attendance is better!
Thank you once again for your kindness and commitment to our community. We are incredibly fortunate to have you supporting us.”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Monroe

Funded Sep 1, 2023Thank you, thank you, thank you! Working in one of the most diverse high schools in the state of Colorado is the reason I continue to come back after twenty years. It is the most amazing school to teach at, but it also brings on many more challenges. Being able to help supply my classroom with some of the basics with technology and supplies has already helped my students start off great. Showing them how to use graphing calculators helps keep their interest and shows them skills they will need for the future. Having even the little things like glue sticks, binders, and folders has already allowed my students to keep more organized. We have also been using the highlighters to color code our notes. This is one of the best strategies to help my new language learners as well and they have already gotten a lot of use! lso having a translator has helped in so many ways for me to communicate with my students who are new to this country. It has helped me build relationships so much easier with students that were much more difficult before.
Teachers are buying things for their classrooms all the time and this project being funded has been a wonderful relief to myself and several colleagues in my department as well. We don't have the words to express how much we appreciate you helping out our students!”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Monroe
