My classroom is filled with students of all backgrounds. We have artists, musicians, athletes, scholars, authors, scientists, historians, mathematicians, and life-long learners. We have quiet introverts who have so much to say in their own way and boisterous extroverts whose energy is almost tactile. They're all very excited and very nervous about high school next year, so they are doing their best to learn as much as they can before then. They all make me smile each day, and I couldn't imagine not having one of them in my class.
