Welcome Back to School Luau

Thank you so much for supporting my work with the students. The school welcome back luau was a success! Students and parents could not stop talking about how cozy and welcoming the environment feels.

Students expressed that they did not want the decorations to be taken down, the luau decorations will stay all year. Many of my students come from the Caribbean and stated that the decorations reminded them of back home. This project has created a positive school culture and makes us all feel like a family.
