Let's Talk About Speech!
Funded Sep 11, 2024It is with the utmost gratitude that I thank you for your donation. With the current economic status, funding for education has been gradually diminishing which has impacted a lack of resources especially in lower income communities. I never want my students to feel as if finances are withholding them from their learning and I do the most by investing with my own finances. However, your donation has been such a blessing which will aid in providing my students a great school year with cleanliness and the appropriate resources.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Orellana
Speech in the Digital Age!
Funded Dec 31, 2023I cannot express enough gratitude for your contributions towards this monitor. In a time where we are living in a digital age, this monitor is already helping a variety of students access their school curriculum and work towards their speech and language goals. This year in particular there are various budget cuts to school funding which have made antiquated methods (e.g., printing, laminating) difficult to maintain for a growing number of students that present with more language disorders. Once again, thank you for your giving hearts and contributions towards this vital tool!”

Ms. O’s Speech Room
Funded Aug 31, 2023I cannot express my extreme gratitude for your part in donating materials for my speech classroom. It is now more than ever that your donation is so impactful. In a time where there are budget cuts and lack of basic personal protective equipment or cleaning supplies, these items will be put to more use than ever before. I am so grateful for every single cent donated to my classroom. My students will have a clean environment for every session they attend in my speech room. They are excited to help out Ms. Orellana using the new cleaning supplies as well as working hard towards their rewards! My next step is getting the speech room out of the Stone Age and into the Digital Age by creating another project for a small monitor to be able to present PowerPoints, impactful videos, and visual supports needed by many of my students. Thank you once again for all you have done for my students!”
With gratitude,
Ms. Orellana
