  • Take a Bite Out of Hunger!

    First, I would like to say again, thank you so much your generous donation. My students were ecstatic when they saw all the boxes of snacks. They could not take their eyes off of it. My students come from homes that cannot provide them with daily snacks.

    One morning, one of my students came to class late. He was not able to get breakfast because of how late he was. The student told me that he was hungry. I was able to provide him with a breakfast cereal bar and apple juice. He expressed his gratitude and I could see that this meant a lot to him.

    My class is a safe place for any student who is struggling with hunger throughout the school day. I am so thankful that donors like you were able to aid in getting food for low-income children.”
