• Learning Through Fun and Educational Transformations!

  My students were so thrilled to receive their finger flashlights! It makes reading time a lot of fun and something they look forward to! They have been enjoying their Ritz crackers and Smartfood Popcorn as an afternoon snack as well.

  They are looking forward to transforming our classroom after the beginning of the year into an under the sea theme with all of our new awesome shark transformations and look forward to researching all different types of shark with our new Shark book!

  Our new tye dying kit will get our enthusiam over the top for our field trip in the spring as we will all be doing our own shirts so we can easily be seen and safe!

• The Last Great Race! Let's Learn About the Alaska Iditarod!

  What an amazing project this turned out to be! My students were enthralled learning about the Iditarod. Every day they tracked and logged the steps of their mushers and couldn't contain their excitement when they each received their very own Husky sled dog!

  Thank you so much for providing this amazing learning opportunity! It truly is one that impacts my students lives as they learn more about Alaska's last great race!

  They enjoyed transforming our classroom into the Alaskan wild with our Arctic decorations and loved reading our newest classroom book, "Kiana's Iditarod". It is a great book to have in our classroom library!”

• Let's Get Organized!

  Thank you so much for your generous donations for this project. Seeing my students excited and happy when they are getting their classroom materials is such a great feeling! They can see exactly what they need and can grab it quickly instead of getting frustrated when they can't see the exact supply they are needing. Being organized is giving them more learning time instead of taking away all of that extra time looking for something! Thank you so much!

  They are received some new highlighters, expos and watercolor paints. This is such a great feeling for them to have something new that can bring color into their work.”

• Reading Our Way to Success While Building New Friendships

  Funded Nov 20, 2023

  This project was amazing! We were able to have a Christmas book club with our Cam Jansen snowy book and The Littlest Reindeer. December was the perfect time to make it a little more magical with some extra special items.

  Our Christmas ornaments that we made were able to be adorned with the beautiful ribbons, which really made for a more memorable keepsake! Our classroom was full of kindness! We were able to have hot chocolate 5 different times with our friends! With our special treat lollipops it made our cold, snowy days fun and exciting. It also provided us the opportunity to take a moment and share our thoughts and feelings. Then, my students were able to work as a team with the fun Lego stem activities. I love being able to give my students treats and moments like this. It is an opportunity that some don't always have in their life.

• STEM Is Fun

  Thank you again for your kindness that you have shown to my wonderful students! Your donations allowed my students the opportunity to explore their creativity with their new STEM items.

  When my students saw their new STEM activities they were literally jumping for joy! We used them the first time on our very first snow day of the year! That day was a perfect time to dive in, and let their curiosity of the endless possibilities of engineering run free.

  My students where able to really take the lead in their learning with the hands-on STEM activities, which in return, helped grow an interest in the endless possibilities of their creativity and imagination!”
