S.T.E.M Power for Kids!

Thank you so much for helping me bring more hands-on investigation to my science class. The kids were blown away that people who did not know them would be willing to donate to our classroom! It made them feel very special.

The microscope slides were a big hit! Students were able to examine microscopic organisms and learn how they fit into the human Microbiome. We will start our study of weather in a few weeks and they are very excited about using the solar balloons to learn about air parcels. And as every teacher can attest, there are never enough pencils! The kids are still excited about those giant boxes of pencils! Thank you for bringing the extra excitement to our science class.

For my next project I want to purchase glass beakers, graduated cylinders, and digital thermometers. This equipment will give students the opportunity to feel like scientists as they explore and learn.”
