Moving Closer to the Action!
Funded Aug 15, 2023A simple thank you does not seem adequate enough for the generosity for all of the amazing donors. The biggest "hits" have been the cushions, along with the games!
I use a Smartboard in my classroom daily and the cushions are a huge hit with my students! They use them on their chairs, when they sit on the floor and even use them as a pillow for their heads sometimes!
When we have "Fun" Friday, the class really likes the strategy of Blokus. It also helps with learning to work with partners in a cooperative manner. They also love learning how to fold origami with the origami paper. The paper makes a difference! The books that were selected by me and donated, hardly stay on the bookshelf. I am so glad that I ordered a little fiction and non-fiction!
