I cannot wait to use the Blood on the River: Story of Jamestown novel and the Scholastic News magazines with my students to improve their reading and writing. I know my students will love making connections to the historical fiction story about an actual past event they will be studying. The Scholastic News magazines will help develop there reading skills.”
