Mathematicians in the Making!
Funded Dec 29, 2023I want to thank you for these great donations! My students were excited when I shared the news about our project being funded. My students were jumping and yelling out of excitement. One of my goals as an educator is to spark that curiosity and love for math. One way to reach this goal is by proving manipulatives. The cash registers are a great addition to our math unit. This will allow the students to make connections to the real world. The kids love the doodle pads! They love how it's mess free and they don't have to sharpen pencils! They also love to write math problems and watch their work disappear. Thank you once again!”

Enhancing Literacy in a Bilingual Classroom!
Funded Oct 25, 2023I want to thank you for these great donations! My students were excited when I shared the news about our project being funded. My students were jumping and yelling out of excitement. It made me feel good to see my students emotional over the donations. They were so eager to receive the reading buddies that they would ask every day if we had received them.
I have a reading buddy monitor that is in charge of bringing them out to our library every morning. She is always looking forward to her job. This student has named every single buddy. The carpet and floor cushions have also been a great addition to our classroom library. Being able to offer flexible seating has increased an interest in reading. My students are now able to move around the classroom and find a spot to read. Thank you once again!”

If You Give a Student a Mouse!
Funded Aug 29, 2023I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this generous donation. My students have been excited since day one. I kept them updated on the status of our project so when when they found out that our project was funded, they were jumping of excitement. Some of my students had never experienced having a mouse as a tool for technology. As soon as my students started using their mouse, they noticed the difference between their touchpad and having a mouse. Some students said "Wow, this is way easier to use". Another student said "Thank you for making our Chromebooks so much fun". Once again, thank you so much!”
With gratitude,
Mrs. Lopez
