The Magic Literacy Rug!
Funded Feb 27, 2025Your thoughtful donation will make a significant impact in our classroom, particularly in fostering a vibrant and engaging learning environment for my students. The colorful and educational design of the rug provides an inviting space where students can gather, learn, and explore the wonders of reading. It has become a focal point in our literacy activities, encouraging students to interact with letters and sounds in a fun and interactive manner.
The alphabet rug will be an invaluable tool in supporting our students' reading skills. The visual and tactile elements of the rug will help reinforce letter recognition, phonemic awareness, and vocabulary development, all of which are foundational skills in early literacy.
We are deeply appreciative of your commitment to enhancing the educational experiences of our students. Your support not only provides tangible resources but also inspires our educators and students alike. It is through the generosity of organizations like yours that we can continue to nurture a love for learning and reading in our classrooms.
Thank you once again for your kindness and support. We are truly grateful for your partnership in our mission to provide quality education to all students.”

Funded May 8, 2024We are deeply grateful to all our generous donors who made the purchase of the new sand table for our preschool possible. Your support has truly made a difference in enriching our children's learning experiences. The sand table is more than just a playtime feature; it's a versatile tool that will help foster mathematics, sensory exploration, and fine motor skills in our young learners.
When students first saw the sand table they were jumping with excitement. They couldn't wait to begin using the table. Thanks to your kindness, our students will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful and hands-on activities that promote both their cognitive and social development.
Your contributions reflect a profound commitment to supporting early childhood education and enhancing the quality of our programs. We cannot overstate how much this new addition will benefit our preschool environment, providing hours of learning and fun for our students. On behalf of myself and the children who will enjoy this wonderful resource, thank you for your generosity and support. Your investment in their early education is truly appreciated and will have a lasting impact.”

Funded Oct 18, 2023I am most grateful for your kindness towards our Art project Amazing Upcoming Artists. When the package arrived to our classroom, I was excited to show students what was inside. We opened the package together during our morning circle time. As I took the paint out students began to scream with joy because they have been asking when they could paint. As I took out the drying rack I explained to students what a drying rack is used for and how we would use it in the classroom. In addition, I explained what the frames will be used for and how we would use them to display their work around our classroom.
With the given supplies we began our art project. I taught students about the word "self" and what it meant. I followed by teaching students about self-portraits. Students then had an opportunity to look at themselves in the mirror before they began to paint. Next, students began to paint their self portrait using various materials. For example, tempura paint, watercolors, and markers. After students completed their self-portrait, I placed them in the art frames and hung them around the classroom. The continue use of paint and art materials will give students an opportunity to develop their artistic and social emotional skills. In this lesson, students learned about themselves and how we are all unique. With your donation students had an opportunity to use art to learn about social emotional and it supported student engagement.
Thank you again for your donation! We are very appreciative!”
