My 4th grade students attend a rural elementary school located in a high poverty area in Northwestern Pennsylvania. Our school is a Title 1 school and many of our students receive free and reduced lunch. Despite all of the challenges these students face, it is our job as educators to send them off into their futures as prepared as possible - these kids deserve every opportunity!
