Flexible Seating and Mindfulness

We are so thrilled to have your support in our classroom! The students have loved the flexible seating that was purchased for our room. I have a lot of students that are very wiggly, so being able to move around in their seat in a non-distracting way has been super beneficial for everyone. The students are able to focus more on their lessons and get more accomplished.

After seeing the variety of chairs we received in action, I can see which are the most used and which ones I would like more of. The floor seats are the most used and I would love to get more! They are perfect for reading around the room or working on math with partners. The bean bags are also a huge hit and students love to work on them and use them at their desks. Most importantly, the yoga balls are great for my wiggly students! They are having a blast being able to bounce around and work at the same time.
