Our Students Need Chess!

Thank you so much for your amazing donation to my classroom! Because of your generosity I was able to create a club called TDCC (Talent Development Chess Club)!

Students in my school don't usually have access to clubs of this sort. Their families also don't have the financial means to enroll them in a club such as this.

When I first introduced the chess boards to my students in 2nd through 5th grade they were so incredibly excited! Each Friday morning we all meet together to learn and play together. The opportunity to apply logic and thinking ahead has been amazing! Chess is a lifetime skill that they will be able to play for the rest of their lives! They're also taking this skill to their families and teaching them as well! Thank you for making this possible!”
