Love my Students with Me!

Thank you so much for your extreme generosity with the items for this year. As you know, teaching takes a team and with your support I was able to provide certain supplies to help my students this year. One of my favorite donated items were our spot books, where I have been able to teach my first graders how to express their emotions and to break down how they may feel at certain times. Every week we read a new color spot book, and my students not only practice the skills they learn but they love reading them every week.

Other supplies such as headphones, pencils, and library books may seem like small donations but they make a large impact in here. In first grade, pencils get easily lost and it is important that my students have the supplies they need to succeed which you have helped with. Headphones are utilized during our centers time and my students get to participate during each of the programs while staying focused. All the donations have been put to great use, and I greatly appreciate the support this year!”
