Cooking Skills Are Essential!!!

With the knife sets we received from Donors, kids can access these resources in each class. We also received cutting boards and other useful kitchen items. Our budgets are strained and I work many concessions and other fundraising opportunities at my school to have the funds to do the grocery shopping I need for my 150 kids each semester. Student fees are only $10 for the entire semester. Just a drop in the bucket to cook with my kids every week. That is why these donations were and are so valuable to me, my kids, and my school's culinary program.

We are learning about mother sauces and will make a bechamel this week, and then turn it into an alfredo sauce. They have such a wonderful time. Thanks so much. I appreciate the donations.”
