  • Snack Time With a Side of Math!

    Thank you so much for your donations! My scholars and I truly appreciate it. With the materials that we received, my scholars are able to have access to food throughout the day which helps with their focusing.

    For our materials, the dry erase markers help my students stay engaged and follow along with the topics that are being taught. Scholars are able to model and explain their thinking.

    Fractions are a tricky concept for students and is a hard concept for them to grasp. With our new fraction tiles, scholars are able to learn and make fractions more hands on.

    Thank you so much for the taking the time to donate to my project! My scholars and I really appreciate it!

    We are using our new resources frequently, the markers and the white boards have allowed my scholars to model out our math problems. It has also given them access to their whiteboards and markers all day which before, they were only allowed to use them during parts of the day because we our ink would run out due to having to share our markers with 2 classes.

    My scholars were excited to see all our new materials, especially the books! Switching grades, I only had picture books that most have read or seen before, now I have chapter books that makes scholars gravitate towards reading! The donations mean alot to me and my scholars and we are forever grateful!”

  • Food, Supplies and Essentials for Scholars

    Thank you so much for helping sponsor my project! My class was excited to receive all the items but they were the most excited for the headphones and the snacks! The scholars are happy to have headphones that are new and most do not have to worry about not being able to hear their computer due to volume having to be lower because of disturbing their neighbors around them. This is a HUGE game changer!

    They are excited for the snacks because of our early lunch schedule and late dismissal. Scholars at times need a snack. Overall, they are excited to use their new materials and its nice knowing that we have extras of things in case we run out of something that really helps our learning!”
