Funded Oct 27, 2023These resources have helped my students so much. Many students use them to help de-escalate when managing their big feelings. As I move into the next quarter, I will be using many of the books in small groups and when working with students individually to help them further develop coping skills. I am so thankful for all that has been donated to my office.
As I prepare to start my group on mindfulness, we will revisit I Am Peace and My Magic Breath to practice breathing strategies and being in the present moment. I am hopeful that the skills I teach them, they will take and implement in their lives moving forward.”
