Exciting Extensions for Early Finishers

My students have been thrilled to have these extra resources for learning. We have made anemometers and barometers and we have been using math and literacy games in centers. We have been building, creating, and playing with our learning, which is such a gift when budgets for classroom materials are tight.

We're working on getting all the math and reading games in use--right now as we finish a topic the game becomes available as it takes time and learning for the kids to play them. I'm so excited to build that knowledge and make that a truly independent activity for my early finishers as the year goes on.
