Puppets in Pre-K

Thank you so much for such generous support of my students' learning. I am now able to keep puppets in the pretend play center, and my students really enjoy role playing with them and pretending to feed them.

My students saw them for the very first time when one of my more observant students noticed them at my desk and asked to play with them. Before I knew it, the whole class took notice and pretend play was the most popular station!

Our storytelling unit is coming up soon, and it will certainly be extra special this year because of the Storytime Puppets set. The puppets will be such an awesome way to engage my students in storytelling during our read aloud sessions.

Doing the same units with puppets this year has been absolutely phenomenal compared to my experience of doing them without puppets last year. And, in the midst of all of the fun, my students are getting ready to write every time they use the puppets.
