  • A Fresh Start for a Fresh Year!

    Thank you so much for being a part of our classroom this year! My students were so excited to see the colorful classroom board paper and the rainbow border. They always come to me asking to hang their work on the board.

    I also wanted to thank you for the organizational items such as the crayon and pencil boxes. It really helps them stay organized and responsible for their own belongings.

    Finally, I want to thank you for the feelings sensory tubes. It has become a classroom favorite! The students love seeing the different types of liquids that represent the different feelings.”

  • Executive Functioning Tools for My Students With Special Needs

    My students were so excited to receive their new seat sacks when they came back to school in September. In the past, they would have to leave their workbooks on a shelf on the other side of the room and use communal bins for pencils and crayons.

    Now, they have a space right by their seats to keep their belongings. This has helped keep them organized and be responsible for their own materials.

    We especially love these seat sacks because they have different compartments for their things. There is a main compartment for their books and folders and them some smaller ones for pencils and crayons so everything is easy for them to locate, take out and put away.”
