• Holidays in the Classroom

  Thank you so much for your generous donations. The holidays are a special time for everyone no matter how you celebrate or what you believe. In our class, we had many people who believe in celebrate in different ways for different reasons. Thanks to your donation, we were able to celebrate together and learn about holidays around the world.

  Students were able to learn the meaning of giving and also receive gifts themselves. Your donation allowed students to create beautiful ornaments for their families that will be treasured for years to come. Your donations also gave each student the gift of reading at Christmas time. It was wonderful to see their faces light up as they opened their books on the last day of school. I still have students using those books now in January for their reading logs on their nightly homework. Thank you so much for making the holidays such a special experience for all my students.”

• Supplies and Rewards

  Thank you, again for the wonderful supplies you donated to my classroom and students. Many times students do not come with the supplies needed to complete class work and be successful in class. Often this is because families, especially in my district, are very low on funds and can't always afford school supplies. You made it possible for all students to have the supplies needed to begin the school year successfully.

  My students have enjoyed coloring and using the school supplies on a daily basis. They don't to be concerned about being unprepared and can instead focus on their learning. Thank you for your generous donation and for caring about education. You have helped our school year to get off to a wonderful start!”

• Books that interest my students

  Thank you for contributing to my classroom. A love for reading is one of the most important things that I can give to my students. Bring a fluent reader provides a strong foundation for all other learning. Your donations have allowed me to provide books that are interesting and engaging to my students.

  These books were actually picked out by my class. We held a book tasting in groups and then discussed as a class which books they would like to have and which books they wanted the next books in the series. Pinkish I could explain the excitement on their faces when those books came. They were actually fighting over them, fighting over reading!!! Score in my book! (See what I did there ; 0). Thank you again for being so generous and providing this opportunity for myself and my class!”

• Multiplication Fluency

  Thank you for donating multiplication supplies to my classroom. I cannot emphasize enough how much donations to students and their education means! Your donations give students the tools they need to feel prepared, confident, and succeed. Donations also allow teachers more opportunity to make learning fun and engaging by providing a variety of learning tools.

  Multiplication is an important foundational skill for so much other math. The multiplication donations help my students practice and become fluent in their multiplication. Students can then build on this fluency to learn and become fluent in division as well. Your donations also give students opportunities to collaborate and learn together. Thank you again for the donations, and contributing to my classroom and students.”

• Books for Students to Read at Home or School

  Thank you for contributing to my classroom. When I pulled the books from the boxes, my students were so excited. The smiles on their face showed everything. They were actually excited to help me label and put the books on our classroom library shelves.

  It's really wonderful to see my students so excited to read. The impact that reading has on learning is impossible to describe. Several of my students have already taken AR test on some of the books we received. And are now completely engaged in series that they didn't even know about. they're already asking me if I can get the next set of books go with the series so that when they finish these ones they can continue to read the series. There's really nothing better than your students asking you for more books and asking you to read instead of play on their computers. So thank you again for your contribution.”
