Reading Rug in the School Library

Thank you so much for supporting this project! Students were overjoyed to receive the new reading rug in the library.

Now that it's here in the library, they love having a new space they can go to throughout the day. The rug is now big enough to fit each classroom comfortably, so that even our 5th graders each have their own personal space. The rug spots especially help our 1st and 2nd grade students quickly find a place to sit and read.

The library rug has become a favorite place for students to convene, including afterschool homework time, independent reading and even dance parties during lunch time. Thanks to your generosity, the library has become an even more cozy and welcoming place for students to read and learn in.”
