I love having these new bean bag chairs in my classroom for students to use. Every week four students are chosen as "MVPs" for displaying great character in our classroom. Along with this this title they receive the privilege of getting to use the bean bag chairs during carpet lessons and independent work time! Something that may seem really simple is a reward that students really work towards earning. It helps me to encourage my students to display traits such as responsibility, respect, and kindness.

When the bean bags first arrived, my students were over the moon. Most had already seen the deflated bean bags that I had been using for many years past. They were so re-energized to see bean bags that they could really get comfy in and that provided enough support to actually work in. We are going to be able to keep these for many years to come!”
