  • Focus, Motivation, and Cozy Gear

    Funded Dec 20, 2024

Thank you so much for your amzing generosity. I just told my class we had a project funded and they are so excited. I know they can't wait until after the break to receive all the materials when they return. I appreciate your kindness in donating to our project!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Reed

  • Energy Boost for Optimal Learning

    Funded Apr 18, 2024

Thank you for your generous donation of snacks for the classroom. The children absolutely loved having them to eat when they got hungry in the afternoon. They also came in handy while the upper grades were testing and we were stuck in our rooms all day with no break. Even on Field Day, the children devoured several snacks each as they competed in all their fun events.

It is safe to say the children felt nourished and loved simply by having some snacks on hand. I also saw an increase in focus during the afternoons. The children seemed satisfied and less restless. Thank you again for your support.”

  • 2nd Grade STEM Lessons

    Funded Feb 15, 2024

Thank you so much for donating and supplying my class with the materials needed to complete some STEM projects. The children love this time in the classroom and have already put the supplies to good use. One student used the flashlight to make a model of the eclipse. It is included in the photos and it is a perfect example of how STEM projects can lead to more independent and scientific thinking. He did the project on his own, experimenting with different classroom items to project the exact shadow he needed. It even has the globe angled in the correct position.

I love how creative their minds can be and am grateful for the materials that take their creativity to the next level. Thank you again for your generosity.”

  • Diverse Literature, Challenging Minds

    Funded Jan 24, 2024

Thank you so much for your generous donation of diverse literature. The students were so excited about these new books. Each week, they cannot wait for their "book shopping" day. They plot out which books they want to get, then they eagerly read them throughout the week until it's their turn to exchange them again. (If they're finished of course!) I love seeing them so excited.

I cannot express how much I appreciate having literature in which they can "see" themselves. They are such bright students and I don't want anything holding them back. Thank you for giving my students these wonderful books. They have added so much value already!”

  • Clean and Shiny Rooms

    Funded Jan 11, 2024

Thank you so much for donating these items to us! It is so refreshing to have a clean room.

Our sticky floor and dusty shelves are a thing of the past. We still have spilled juice, milk, and other foods, but now we can clean it up before our shoes stick to the floor! The duster works so well for getting rid of the extraordinary amounts of dust that accumulate on our shelves and books. And the kids love using it too!

This project may not have been the most exciting one to fund, but it plays a very important part in keeping our room ready for learning! On behalf of myself and my students, we are very grateful for your donation!”

  • Book Studies

    Funded Dec 29, 2023

Thank you so much for this amazing donation of books. My students loved seeing all the new material going into our class library.

The Wayside School series and the Weird School series were special requests made by my students. They have enjoyed checking them out from our library to read throughout the week.

We will begin the Pippi Longstocking book study in 3 weeks. I know the children are going to love all the shenanigans these characters get up to in this novel. Since it is an above grade level reading book, we will also be learning a lot of new vocabulary.

Thank you again for enriching the life of my students by providing them with new reading material. We appreciate your thoughtfulness.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Reed

  • Book Studies

    Funded Dec 20, 2023

Thank you so much for funding this project for my classroom. These books have meant a lot to my class.

We are just finishing up our book study on My Father's Dragon. So far the children have enjoyed the book, and when we finish, they will watch the movie too. I know they are excited to write about how the book and film differ.

The Stink series was also a big hit. They are in our class library where students switch out books each week. After reading the first book in September, I had several students specifically request some of the other titles. When I showed them your donation, they were SO happy. I love it when my students can't wait to get their hands on a book.

Thank you for helping me foster a love of reading. I appreciate your kindness and generosity.”

    With gratitude,
