    With your help we are enjoying such amazing opportunities! Being able to learn outdoors and letting math be heard out in the open is such a special experience. We are able to walk the perimeter of the blacktop and then calculate the area. Students also enjoy searching and identifying different angles in the court yard. Measure windows, benches, and tables. The fun will continue as the weather improves and new objectives are learned while others are reviewed.

  • Whole Body Learning

    Thank you so much for giving my students the opportunity to enjoy whole body learning! I can now sit down in circles with students to model new math objectives.

    When the students first saw the new rug they were so impressed. The 4th grade group said, "finally a comfortable place to sit and work" and another expressed, "so different from those hard chairs we have to sit on all day"!!!

    The students love their Learning Lab it has made for a more positive learning experience. They get to spread out and work with hands on math manipulative models and engage in small group work assignments.
