Social Emotional Toolkit for Grades TK-5th!

The items that you have donated have already started making an impact for my students. Every student that comes to me has used the zen garden. It opens up a discussion about slowing down and controlling your body. The books have been added to our cozy corner along with the sequined pillow. The conversation cards have really helped to facilitate social scenarios and expected vs unexpected behaviors. The stress balls have been very popular and a great way for my students to regulate their emotions or use to fidget when having a lot of energy. The get to know me cards are used all the time and have started a lot of great conversations between my students. The kids really like that calm ball and asking it questions on what coping skills to use to calm down.

Thank you again for your generosity. All of the items that you donated have all impacted my students and will continue to impact new students every year. The students have all asked where I got these new items which allowed me to discuss what donors choose is and how companies donate items to school. So not only have the items impacted the students but so has the story.”
