Helping the Whole Student!

I cannot thank you enough for your support of students here at Bronx Design and Construction Academy. The students and I would like to thank all those that contributed to helping "The whole student" ! The food items provided came in handy when students could not afford to eat breakfast or needed a pick up me up throughout the day. It was one less thing students had to worry about thanks to you!

Counseling Sessions have been more impactful and effective using the etch and sketch and Legos. It has been helpful when students needed to deescalate, relax and be grounded.

Students have been able to to develop and improve personal hygiene due to deodorant, wipes and sanitary napkins that have been provided. It has promoted as well as increased positive self image, positive self-esteem and aided in improving their well-being.

Countless students share their gratefulness everyday for the items and support.

This experience has allowed students to have their basic needs met and allowed them to concentrate on their academic success.”
