  • Book Sets For Special Education

    Funded Apr 16, 2025

Thank you so much for your generous donation to support my students and their unique needs. As a Special Education Teacher I do not often get the resources, such as book sets, I need to support my students. These books will be a great start for my kids being able to read sucessfully at school.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Stanton

  • Special Education Teaching Tools

    Funded Aug 8, 2024

I cannot express enough gratitude for your donations. My students have been greatly appreciative of what you have sent and it has helped us so much. This year my focus has been helping students by integrating multi sensory work such as using play dough to build numbers and letter or using sand to trace our words in.

With your help and your donations my students have been more focused this year and able to retain the information. They really love using all the fun tools to support their learning such as the kinetic sand and little characters to help them with their counting and addition.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Stanton

  • Special Education Learning Supports

    Funded Sep 24, 2023

I cannot express enough my gratitude for the resources we've received. Being in a title one school it can be hard to have enough resources for our students especially those with special needs. I feel as though these resources have made it easier to teach my students because I have more tools to support them.

We have greatly enjoyed the phonemic awareness games which have helped my kids develop their understanding of spoken sounds in a fun way. The kids get excited to come to their Special Education group because they know we get to play educational games. The tub of letter sounds have helped them develop their understanding of the alphabet with hands on tools. It's been so fun having these tools to help my students.

Thank you again so much for your donation.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Stanton

  • Supports for Special Education Students

    Funded Aug 31, 2023

I cannot put into words how much your resources and donations have helped our class and my students. My room feels like a new place where engagement is happening and learning is taking place. We use our new resources daily to aid in learning. Each day kids have flexible seating choices to sit in and help them focus as well as sensory materials like our new sensory letters and building blocks to help them learn the abcs in a fun way.

We are continuing to find new and fun ways to learn in math with our counting objects as well as our number racks. The kids were so excited to start counting with them when they were received. I cannot wait to see the progress my students make this year with your support”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Stanton
