Thank you so much for getting this project fully funded. Every year, teachers brainstorm ideas to set up a warm and welcoming classroom in preparation for the new coming school year for scholars. In using the available funds from this project, I was able to choose replacement items that visually bring my classroom's personality to life. I was able to purchase colorful classroom decorations and posters with inspirational quotes that will help build a sense of community and motivation within the class.

It is amazing how having a comfortable and safe learning environment can help scholars open up and be more willing to participate. I love how some of my more hesitant scholars drew courage from one of the inspirational quotes in the room ("You are capable of doing great things") when they feel insecure. I plan to showcase my scholar's work around the room to display their strength and their growth throughout the school year.”
