• Brainstorming and Building!

  Thank you so very much for donating to our schools science room. The kids and I have been enjoying the building items and they have been creating so many neat things. They love using the sets during science stations.

  The building sets have been wonderful for all the grades I see in science (k-2). These sets will get so much use year after year and we can use them for so many activities in our class. I also have been using them to bring to the life skills class I see and they have been enjoying them as well.

• Expanding Literacy in Science

  Thank you so much for donating to our literacy project for science! The books have been enjoyed by many so far and the shelf is absolutely perfect in our little science room.

  The kids love grabbing a science book to read when they get done with their activity for the science specialist hour. They love to grab a little floor cushion and a buddy to enjoy their book with.

  I am so thankful to have some fun and interesting science books for the kids to read at their reading level. Thank you again and happy New Year!”

• Exploring in Science!

  Thank you so very much for donating to our science room. The kids and I can’t wait to get our new science items. These will be used for years to come and enjoyed by all the kids at Greywolf Elementary. The timing is perfect because we will use these for our upcoming unit on plants and animals. Happy New Year!”

• Fun with Legos!

  Thank you so much again for donating to our Lego project. We now have enough legos for every student to have their own Lego box. We have paired the legos with fun challenge cards. The kids get in small groups to attempt a Lego challenge. It works so well for an activity when they get done with our daily science lesson. The kids love it and work so well together in the small groups.

  This Lego gift will last years. It's such a fun way to incorporate learning.

• Exploring in Science!

  Thank you so much for donating to our class project "Exploring in Science." My STEM posters I received add such a nice touch to our science room. The kids love looking at them and connect the photos to them. The kids love the nature viewing microscopes and stones as well.

  We just used the microscopes to look at leaves during our study of trees and weather. The kids used the microscopes to see the veins in the leaves close up. They loved it! We plan to use the microscopes again in a couple weeks to view some other materials I have for them as we talk about properties of things around us.

• Reading in Science!

  Thank you so much for donating to our science class. Literacy is our top priority for our school. I can't wait to incorporate my new science themed books into the classroom.

  I have many science activities and investigations that we will do coming up this year that these book will work perfect for. These books will be used in years to come with all my science students!

• Fun with Building!

  Thank you so very much for the new building sets for our science class. The kids absolutely love the Snap Dinosaurs and the magnetic building kit. Both, have provided so much fun and exploration so far for my students.

  They have been using the building toys after they get done with their daily science lesson and activity. They all can't wait to get to the bins with the new toys!

• Fun with Building!

  Thank you ever so much for donating to our "Fun with Building" project. The Magna Tile sets have been a huge hit in the science room. The kids have already had hours of fun using these and creating unique buildings and items. They love the fun animals that were in the sets too!

  We have been using the Magna Tiles during science stations at our table groups and I have also been bringing them over to our schools life skills class when I go teach them science once a week. All the kids just love them!
