I have 22 students in total, and 14 of them are MLLs (Multi-Lingual Learners). Most of my student's home language is Spanish and a handful of those students were born in another country. My students have not only had to navigate coming to a new country, but they also had to learn a new language, school system and curriculum, but they also had to do majority of it during a global pandemic! They are fighters and I want to be able to make their 4th grade year one of community and growth.
