Enhanced Sensory Experience

This project has impacted both myself and my students. I can not begin to describe the love and support I have felt from those I know as well as strangers who are supporting a good cause.

First and foremost, I would like to extend a thank you from my students. Although they are unable to verbally express how much the new materials mean to them, I can tell how appreciative they are. The light covers are there to protect them and soften the harsh florescent lighting in the room. The shapes are sturdy enough for them to manipulate on their own while also providing a fun colorful part to their day. And while we have not been able to get the bubble wall installed at our school yet, the students are truly going to love it.

And from me, well I just am so grateful for a community that supports what I do and is able to provide in a way that I am unable to all on my own. From the very bottom of my heart, thank you for your support.”
