Color Makes for a Beautiful World!
Funded Aug 19, 2024First of all I'd like to thank you for your gracious donations that allowed our class to receive a color printer. When they saw me bringing the box that contained the printer that was going to be used to print their achievements, their eyes just lit up. I had let them know that we would be printing out certificates that they could take home and display and show their family and be proud of.
We are coming to the end of the first round of testing in our district. I have begun to print out their certificates for their accomplishment on the first batch of I ready and FAST testing both for reading and math. They all are so proud to receive these certificates that are in color and just bring so much joy to them.
We will continue to use the printer as a form of printing out to showcase their work, their artwork, and any other creation they might do. This printer will not sit around. It will be used by the students and for the students. Thank you so much again for your gracious donations and help.”

Kindergarten Cop End of Year Ceremony
Funded Apr 5, 2024This Tuesday our kindergartners had their Kindergarten Cop graduation. They shared with parents and guests all that they had learned about honesty, respect, safety, and much more. They sang and did some skits to demonstrate their understanding of the virtues. The students were so excited. The items that were part of the Donors Choose made the event look great including the balloons, curtains, and all the accessories. The certificates were printed using the ink and paper. We are all very grateful for everyone that donated to make this day possible.”

Kindergarten Cop Graduation
Funded Apr 13, 2023Last week, our Kindergarten students and their parents were able to experience an amazing ceremony for the completion of the Kindergarten Cop program. With your donation, we were able to decorate the stage, inside the cafeteria and entrance of the our school. This made the event so much memorable and special.
When the students marched into the ceremony and saw the balloons, the decorated tables with goodies, and the stage, they were amazed. Parents were also excited to see what was to come as they saw the presentation. Everyone was very happy with the goodies and decorations that were possible due to the wonderful donations.
Now as we come to an end of the school year, our students are moving on with great knowledge of citizenship, honesty, respect, perseverance, gun safety, and much much more. There are no words to describe how much this meant to our students and would like to thank everyone that had something to do with the success of this project.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Francisco-Valdes
