Colorful Kinder Classroom

My students entered their kinder classroom at the beginning of the year and were so happy with all the colorful items in our class. They learned that everything is in their proper place and had to learn the routines to be able to use materials. The items we received, the counting collections and the book bins, are used very often during the week. I think it has given the students a sense of pride to be a part of the classroom. They're happy when they get to use the materials and they know how to use them effectively.

In the pictures that will follow, you will see our library set up and students using the counting collections for a math lesson. I love to see the students minds at work. You can see them thinking about how they will sort and arrange. It's made counting fun! Thank you for your generosity and contribution for our classroom and my future students to come!”
