My kindergarten through third grade students need support with learning reading and math. Since they are all at a variety of learning levels, they benefit from using the Kindle Fire to help them practice their reading and math skills at their specific level. Students have been using technology more then ever to help the improve their reading and math skills. Kids with special needs especially benefit from technology because they find it to be engaging, fun, and they are able to learn through the audio visual modality. Students love looking at things such as videos, and doing hands-on type activities on the computer. Students will be to see and listen to websites, learn to read and practice their math skills. They will be able to practice their skills at their level and get the support they need.
